The service of sourcing and supplying any unlock solution begins at the point payment has been received from a customer. Any timeframes stated are a calculation of the previous weeks unlocks and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee. Therefore allow us up to 24-48 hours more from the time specified in the specific unlock.
Due to the nature of how the whole process works, it is not possible for customers to cancel the service once payment has been received.
Every service which we offer on this website (check Pricelist section) are entirely legal in Europe and USA **. If you are ordering from outside of these two continents, please check your local jurisdiction law before ordering.
Update on 26.01.2013: Due to the recent legislation passed by the Library of Congress for the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA), any USA devices that were manufactured on January 26th, 2013 and later will require permission from their carrier before unlocking their device. We will not be held liable for unknowingly unlocking a device that was made from this date onwards. Customers are to adhere to all rules and regulations in their respective countries. Please Note: Devices purchased before January 26th, 2013 from a USA Carrier may legally unlock their device without carrier’s permission.
It is the customers responsibility to check the compatibility of their handset with the network they intend to use once unlocked.
Barred/Blocked handsets: All barred handsets will be unlocked as long as the Barred Fee has been paid (minimum of £35.00, but depends on the networks). But, attempting to use the iPhone in the country where the iPhone was blocked/barred even on different network will result of 'No service' as the Blacklist with the barred handsets is shared among carriers and we can not be sure that your iPhone will work in the country where the iPhone is locked (typical example is UK Networks)
All prices and delivery times are as quoted. Delivery times are guidelines set by the relative networks.
These delivery times are variable and can decrease as well as increase without notice - this will apply to all unlock providers as well as ourselves - if your unlock is in progress we will immediately notify you of any changes to delivery times and keep you informed right up to the point of unlocking.

Guarantee does not apply where handset appears to be BLOCKED once unlocked (Handsets are blocked in the U.K. if reported lost, stolen or abused).
Guarantee applies only if our attempt to unlock your iPhone returns an 'unavailable' report to our server.

After the iPhone has been unlocked, we will send you instructions on email address you have provided, how to complete the unlocking process. Simply by connecting to iTunes
Once the order has been paid and we have received an email from our payment processor that the order returned no error, the IMEI is immediately sent to the unlocking queue. No changes can be made to the orders in relation of the IMEI number or selected wrong model. Also no refund can be made in this type of instance.
There is a small percent of unlocks (specific networks, countries) in which we can cancel the order even if it was submitted. In this types of circumstances we will inform you to provide us with the correct data so we can re-submit the IMEI to the unlocking queue. In that case if we succeed into cancelling the order new 'Delivery time' will be emailed to you. If on the other hand we are unable to cancel the order, the customer would be required to re-order with correct details.
This is a very rare situation meaning that it has not been possible to unlock this iPhone and we would recommend you further investigation so we can find out the reason for this.
It is not necessary to restore your handset unless you have a jailbroken device, in which case the jailbreak must be removed prior to unlocking (you can re-apply it afterwards without a problem).
Customers who have a jailbroken iPhone prior to unlocking are strongly advised to make sure that their 'Contacts', 'Messages' and any other important data is properly backed up and synced with iTunes prior to attempting any unlocking procedure. We will not accept responsibility for the loss of customer data should this occur for any reason.
We will always endeavour to take reasonable care to ensure that all of your personal details provided to us are stored securely using standard industry practices.
Your personal details will only ever be kept for the purposes of processing your order(s).
We will never pass any of your details on to a 3rd party without your prior consent.
We do not store customer payment card details, these are passed directly to our payment provider(s) for the purposes of payment only.
You can ask for your details to be completely removed from our database at anytime.
We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain our services by fraudulent means. We report all such attempts to defraud our company to the relevant credit reference agencies and authorities. To do so , we are obligated to store IP Addresses of the customer computer at every stage of the purchasing the unlock.
In case of any chargeback, the associated IMEI will be blacklisted in the iTunes database, preventing it from working on all networks worldwide. This is PERMANENT and can not be UNDONE.
We reserve the right to terminate the order of any customer who demonstrates any form of verbal abuse or aggression towards any member of our staff either verbally or in writing. All communication will be terminated with such customers and all correspondence forwarded to our legal department. Any such customer would also forfeit their right to a refund in this instance.

We will not be held responsible for any loss of data that may result whilst attempting to unlock your handset using any of our unlocking procedures.
Price matching excludes network providers direct and the website offering unlock needs to be a registered company and have a valid telephone number displayed where we can contact them and check the final price. Price matching can only be done before purchase is made
